摘要
随着现代医学对弥散性血管内凝血(disseminated intravascular coagulation,DIC)机制的深入研究及规范的西医治疗方法运用,使得DIC的抢救成功率有了明显提高。但鉴于DIC病情的复杂、严重、多变,抢救成功率整体依然偏低;中医药以其独特的优势和特色,在DIC的早期、极期治疗,后期调理等方面起着重要作用,不仅能提高患者的抢救成功率,更能提高预后整体疗效。文章综合概述了中医药在DIC治疗中的临床应用及相关实验研究的最新进展。
With the development of modern medicine treatment of the disseminated intravascular coagulation（DIC）,the success rate has improved significantly after in-depth study of the mechanism and application of standard Western treatment.In view of the complexity,seriousness and diversification of the DIC,the overall success rate is still low.Chinese medicine plays an important role in the early and the most treatment and the prognosis of DIC,for its unique advantages and features.Chinese medicine can not only improve the patient＇s survival rate but also can increase the overall efficacy of the prognosis.This article summarizes the current research achievements and clinical applications of the Chinese medicine treatment of the DIC.
