摘要
目的:探讨中医辨证分型治疗过敏性紫癜肾炎临床疗效。方法:对43例过敏性紫癜肾炎患儿观察其临床特点及病情变化情况,并对其进行中医辨证分析。结果:临床将其分为湿热瘀阻型、气虚血瘀型、下焦湿热型、脾虚湿盛型4型,辨证治疗,43例患儿完全缓解29例,好转8例,无效6例,总有效率86.05%。结论:中医辨证分型治疗小儿过敏性紫癜肾炎有很好的疗效。
Objective：To investigate the classification of TCM treatment of allergic purpura nephritis clinical efficacy.Methods：43 cases of allergic purpura nephritis observed changes in clinical characteristics and disease,and its TCM analysis.Results：The clinical model will be divided into hot and humid stagnation,Qi and blood stasis type,damp-heat in lower burner,spleen wet type IV Sheng,differential treatment,43 cases of children with complete remission in 29 cases,improved in 8 cases,6 cases,the total efficiency of 86.05%.Conclusion：The classification of TCM treatment of children with anaphylactoid purpura nephritis has a good effect.
