摘要
以五金散加减、辨证治疗胆囊炎、胆石证193例。其中选取肝胆湿热型急慢性胆囊炎100例进行临床分组对照研究。结果两组均能不同程度的缓解胆囊炎湿热证型的临床症状,五金散解痉镇痛效果强于利胆排石片组。B超显示多数患者胆囊壁毛糙模糊减轻或消失,胆结石体积变小。五金散是目前治疗湿热证型胆囊炎的理想药物,在解痉镇痛溶石排石等方面具有一定优势,值得进一步的研究和推广。
Cure 193 cholecystitis and choletethiasis patients by using Wujin San.Select 100 acute and chronic cholecystitis sufferer to carry out the clinical comparison study.The result indicated that the two groups can alleviate the cholecystitis,the analgesia effect of Wujin San is superior to cholagogue.B ultrasound shows that most surfferers＇ cholecyst coarseness alleviated or dissolved,the size of the qall-stone became smaller.Wujin San is ideal drug for cholecystitis,it has certain advantage to spasmolysis,analgesia,remove calculus,and need to be studied and popularized.
