摘要
目的探讨切开复位AO双钢板内固定治疗肱骨远端C型骨折的临床疗效。方法对33例肱骨远端C型骨折,采用肘关节后侧入路,AO双钢板内固定。术后常规治疗、护理、定期随访。结果 33例随访9～20个月,平均15.5个月,骨折均获骨性愈合。根据改良的cassebaum评分系统评价肘关节功能:优18例,良10例,中4例,差1例,优良率84.8%。结论切开复位AO双钢板内固定治疗肱骨远端C型骨折,能有效固定,早期功能锻炼,疗效满意。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of open reduction and internal fixation with AO double-plate for type C fracture of distal end of humerus.Methods 33 patients with type C fractures of distal end of humerus were treated with AO double-plate through standard posterior approach.Regular treated,cared and followed up.Results 33 patients were followed up for 9～20 months（average 15.5 months）.All cases have been healed.The function of the elbow（according to Cassbaum scale）showed excellent in 18 cases,good in 10,fair in 4 and poor in 1.The good and excellent rate was 84.8%.Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation with AO double-plate for type C fracture of distal end of humerus is satisfactory,stable internal fixation and early exercises.
