实验研究了并流降膜塔内稀CO2 在MEA 水溶液中吸收的传递规律和参数- 实验中气、液相连续流动, 吸收液不添加表面活性剂- 经实验得到主要传质参数及气相传质系数的无因次式- 在基于双膜理论的数学模型中引入新增强因子α, 以表征气、液相流动接触或和液膜内的反应对吸收液侧过程的影响- 结果表明,
Some of the transfer parameters in absorption of diluted CO 2 gas by MEA solution in concurrent falling film tower were studied experimentally Dimensionless formula similar to gilliland and sherwood formula for mass transfer was obtained from experimental data for gas phase mass transfer coefficient A new enhancement factor α was proposed for accounting for the increase in kinetic rate of liquid film process, presumably caused by interaction between gas stream and falling liquid film and/or chemical reaction inside liquid film It was found that α is about 3 in the case studied
