摘要
目的探讨中药药浴对痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿粗大运动功能康复疗效的影响。方法将40例痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿随机分为2组,A组20例给予中药药浴治疗配合运动疗法,B组20例给予普通运动疗法,2组治疗时间均为3个月,分别在治疗前后采用粗大运动功能测定表(GMFM)对患儿进行粗大运动功能测评。结果 2组患儿治疗后GMFM评分均升高(P<0.05),且A组明显高于B组(P<0.05)。结论中药药浴康复治疗对提高痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿童粗大动力功能的康复疗效具有影响作用,值得应用推广。
Objective To discuss the effect of Chinese Medical bath on spastic cerebral palsy.Methods 40 cases child with spastic cerebral palsy were radomly divided into 2 groups,group A（20 cases） were given Chinese Medical bath and physcial theraphy,group B（20 cases） were only given physcial theraphy.Compared the gross motor function measure（GMFM） score of two groups.Results After treatment,the GMFM score of two groups increased（P0.05）,and group A increased significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion Chinese medical bath on children with spastic cerebral palsy,can improve the rehabilitation of bulky power function.
