摘要
目的探讨葛根素注射剂的不良反应及特点,以指导临床合理用药。方法通过检索2000-2009年国内医学期刊,收集葛根素注射剂致不良反应病例190例,对病例的流行病学资料进行统计分析。结果葛根素注射剂不良反应包括发热、药疹及溶血等症状,其出现时间多发生在用药1周左右,男性多于女性,46～55岁较多。结论加强了解葛根素注射剂所导致的不良反应的规律和特点,设计个体化给药,以减少或避免不良反应的发生。
Objective To discuss the adverse reactions and characteristics of puerarin injection,to guide the clinical use of drugs.Methods Collected from medical journals in 2000-2009,analyseded 190 cases clinical data of adverse reaction caused by puerarin injection.Results The adverse reaction of puerarin injection included fever,drug eruption and hemolysis and so on.More appeared 1 week in treatment,the degree of allergic of male was more than that of female,more occurred in the 46 to 55 years.Conclusion Clinicians,pharmacists should be better understanding of puerarin injection adverse reactions caused by the rules and characteristics,design of individual dose,reduce or avoid the occarrence of adverse reaction.
