摘要
目的了解该院门、急诊处方用药不合理情况,提高处方质量,促进合理用药。方法随机抽取该院2010年3-10月门、急诊处方31426张,对不合理用药处方进行归类分析。结果不合理用药处方1553张,不合格率为4.94%。抗菌药物占44.8%,注射剂占26.3%,基本药物占52.2%,平均每张处方用药金额为134.5元。结论提升医师用药水平,减少不合理用药处方发生率。
Objective To evaluate the irrational prescription and improve the quality of prescription and promote rational drug use.Methods Randomly selected 31 426 prescriptions in outpatient and emergency department from march 2010 to october 2010,then picked out the irrational prescription and classified.Results The irrational prescriptions（1553） accounted for 4.94%.Antibiotics accounted for 44.8%,26.3% injections,52.2% of essential drugs,the average amount of each drug was 134.5 yuan.Conclusion The doctors＇ rationality of drug use remains to be improved.Pharmacists should play a role in the improvment of drug use.
