摘要
介绍了ＳｒＴｉＯ３ 基电容压敏陶瓷研究的国内外进展，从理论和实验出发研究了Ｍｎ 对ＳｒＴｉＯ３ 基电容压敏陶瓷非线性系数的影响。
The development of SrTiO 3 Function Ceramic home and abroad is discussed in this paper.Based on theory and experiments,the effect of Mn on nonlinear of SrTiO 3 function ceramic is studied and some useful conclusions have been drawn.
