摘要
目前,国内外存在一种从道义上否定核武器的观点。不少学者认为核武器违背战争与伦理本质,会给人类带来灾难,因此是绝对的恶。这种观点理论上是站不住脚的,实践上是有害的。核武器的善恶是人们对研制、使用核武器目的、效果的道德判断,当它被用于善的目的并取得善的效果时,它就是善的。我国研制、发展核武器是善,因为它体现了我国的伦理精神。
Nowadays there exists at home and abroad an argument that morally rejects nuclear weapons. Quite a few scholars think that nuclear weapons are absolutely evil because they go against the nature of wars and ethics, and will bring calamity to human beings. However, such an argument does not hold water in theory and are harmful in practice. The good or evil of nuclear weapons is actually the moral judgment of the purpose and effec- tiveness of development and use of nuclear weapons. When used for good purposes and with good effect, they should be good. China＇ s development of nuclear weapons is for good purposes that reflect our ethics.
