摘要
为了有效解决大屯选煤厂材料单耗管理中存在的问题,如需用材料量的预算申报不易和材料单耗指标进行有效结合,材料单耗指标与材料计划申报通过手工计算,不易控制或监控等问题。提出了使用ASP技术,建立B/S结构的计算机网络管理平台对材料申报管理。实践证明这种管理方式可以提高材料单耗事前控制的有效性,通过科学定额管理,有效控制材料成本支出,提高经济效益。
It＇s uneasy to combine declaration budget of material consumption with materials unit consumption index,and it＇s also hard to control and monitor declaration of the above two.In order to resolve these problems existed in materials unit consumption management in Datun coal preparation plant,provide active server page（ASP） technology,establish computer network management platform of B/S structure to manage material declaration.The results show this management can ensure the efficiency of material unit consumption control and improve economic benefits.
