摘要
目的探讨股骨颈骨折治疗的新方法,提出在此类骨折早期干预防止骨折不愈合的标准。方法应用微创植骨+骨又生技术治疗股骨颈骨折患者35例,并定期随访。结果 34例患者均获得骨性愈合,平均愈合时间4.7月。结论早期干预、标准化治疗可有效降低股骨颈骨折不愈合率。
Objective To explore new methods for treatment of femoral neck fracture and propose the standard of early intervention to prevent femoral neck fracture from disunion. Methods Thirty- five cases of femoral neck fracture were treated with standardized treatment （the technique of minimally invasive bone grafting in addition to inducer of bone）. All the patients were regularly followed -up. Results Thirty -four cases achieved synostosis. The average healing time was 4.7 months. Conclusion Early intervention as well as standardized treatment cart effectively reduce the disunion rate of femoral neck fracture.
