摘要
研究了线结构光视觉传感器曲面测量数据在商用IDEAS中的建模问题,提出了一种基于曲率特征的自适应采样方法和采样精度评价指标.对扫描曲线进行采样,并经过对曲线间采样点的匹配、细分生成矩型网格数据,送入IDEAS系统,建立曲面的CAD 模型.最后给出了曲面建模实例,结果表明该方法使采样点能有效地反映扫描截面曲线的曲率特征。
A free form surface model from scan data is presented using structured light vision sensor. Use is made of the curvature based adaptive sampling approach and an evaluation index for sampling precision where each scan curve is sampled. The matrix type mesh data are then generated from sample points by matching and subdividing algorithm. The I?DEAS software is applied for modeling. The results from an experiment show that sample points can reflect curvature characteristics of section curve. Transformation of data formation for free form surface modeling is implemented by application of I?DEAS.
