摘要
提出了求解道岔转辙器部分尖轨与基本轨密贴区域内轮载在两钢轨上分布规律的力学模型与计算方法。并以60kg/m 轨12 号提速道岔为例,分析了轮载在过渡范围内的变化规律,提出了设置轨底坡。
A mechanical model and its calculation method are advanced for calculating the variation regularity of load on the rails of the close contact section between switch point and stock rail. Combined with the No. 12 speeding up turnout of 60 kg/m rail in China, the variation regularity of load on the switch is analyzed. Some effective measures, such as setting rail cant and optimizing the top surface gradient, etc., are put forward to decrease the flexural stress of the switch rail.
