摘要
长期以来,中国的国有资产多头管理的局面不利于政企分开、政资分开。随着相关法律制度的出台,从无因管理的法理学角度分析有利于明确国有资产管理中各主体之间的法律关系、促进国有资产保值增值目标的实现。
For a long time,Situationof Various managing state-owned assetsin our country against dividing government and enterprises,dividing government and assets.With the related legal system come on stage,from the angle of jurisprudence to uncaused management,analysing conducive to clear legal relationship between every subject in state-owned assets management and promote realizing goalof valuing on state-owned assets.
