摘要
目的:探讨高频电波刀(LEEP)宫颈电环切术在宫颈糜烂治疗中的临床效果。方法:对我院180例宫颈糜烂患者采用LEEP宫颈电环切术,观察手术时间、患者反应及术后宫颈创面愈合情况。结果:随访12周,宫颈糜烂一次性治愈率96.7%(174/180),有效率100%,无继发性出血和感染发生,治愈时间与宫颈糜烂的程度和类型有关。结论:LEEP宫颈电环切术治疗宫颈糜烂操作简单、安全、效果好,患者痛苦小。
Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure（LEEP） by high frequency radiosurgical knife in the treatment of cervical erosion.Methods：180 patients were treated with LEEP.The operation time,patient response and postoperative cervical wound healing were observed after operation.Results：After at least 12-week follow-up,the one-time cure rate of cervical erosion was 96.7%（174/180） with the effective rate of 100%.No secondary bleeding and infection occurred.The healing time was related with the degree of cervical erosion and type.Conclusion：LEEP for treating cervical erosion is simple,safe,effective with little pain.
