摘要
孕期饮酒将导致胚胎和胎儿出生前后一系列机体发育异常及功能缺陷,孕期饮酒还可导致微量元素锌大量丢失。该文应用已建立的体外酒精致畸模型,以全胚胎培养技术探讨了锌对酒精发育毒性的拮抗作用。结果表明,2μg/ml的锌,对200mm/dl的酒精所致的胚胎生长发育指标无明显作用;5μg/ml锌,能显著改善胚胎的蛋白质、DNA含量、VYS直径等指标;10μg/ml锌,对胚胎的生长发育和胚胎器官形态分化无明显改善作用。但酒精浓度为400mg/dl时,10μg/ml锌,对胚胎发育各指标有一定的改善,蛋白质、DNA含量和后脑评分,显著高于同剂量酒精单独作用时的水平。上述结果提示,锌只能部分拮抗酒精的发育毒性。
Drinking alcohol during pregnancy can cause embryos and fetus a series of developmental abnormalities and functional deficiencies in prenatal and postnatal, moreover, a lot of zinc was lost. This study used teratogenic model in vitro which explored the effects of zinc antagonism on developmental toxicity of alcohol in whole embryo culture technique. The result showed that zinc of 2 ug/ml has no obvious effect on index of embryonic development induced by alcohol of 200mg/dl; zinc of 5 ug/ml could improve the indexes of the contains of protein, DNA and diameter of visceral yolk sac etc. Zinc of 10 ug/ml is something of improved effects on embryonic development and organic morphologic differentiation. The scores of protein, DNA, and post-brain were significantly lowed than that of the same dose of alcohol independently. This result suggested that zinc have partly antagonism effects on developmental toxicity of alcohol.
