摘要
在充分搜集东辽河流域水环境信息的基础上，采用先进的ＭＡＰＧＩＳ平台，完成了数据库、图形库、专业属性库的编辑。
Based on the ample collection of the water environmental information of the East Liao River valley,and adopting advanced MapGIS platform,the data base,map base and specialized attribute base were edited,successfully realizing the dynamic management of the water environmental information of the East Liao River valley.
