基体预氧化对溅射TiC膜结合力及耐磨性的影响

The Influence of Pre-Oxidizing Steel Substrate on the Adhesion and Wear Resistance of Sputtered TiC Film

摘要 本文讨论了钢基体预氧化对溅射TiC膜在其上的结合力和耐磨性的影响。结果表明,在预氧化的基体与TiC膜之间存在一个中间层——新相FeTiO_3,它改变了TiC与钢基体之间的界面状态,从而提高了结合力,致使其磨损体积仅为在未经氧化处理表面上的30%左右。 The influence of Pre-oxidizing steel substrate on the adhesion and wear resistance of sputtered TiC film was discussed in this paper. The results showed that a new phase FeTiO3 as a intermediate layer was found between sputtered film and pre-ixidizing steel substrate. Because the new phase changed the interface state of the TiC film and substrate, the adhesion increased. Therefore the wear volume of TiC film sputtered on pre-oxidizing steel substrate was only 30% of that of on the original.
