摘要
清洁生产是指将整体预防的环境战略持续应用于生产过程、产品和服务中,以期减少对人类和环境的风险,它是转变传统生产模式和管理方式、在物质转化过程中提高资源能源利用率,最大限度地减少废弃物的生成和排放,降低生产活动对资源和环境造成的风险有效的手段,是实现资源、环境与经济协调、持续发展的重要措施。
Cleaner production is defined as continuously applying the environmental strategy of integrate prevention to production processes and products in order to reduce the risks upon environment and human being,which is an effective means for changing traditional production models and management ways,promoting efficiency of utilizing resources during the process of mass-transform,reducing the quantity of generated solid waste and discharged one. It has become an important measurement to ensure harmonic,sustainable development of resources,environment and economy.
