摘要
为研究高铁血红蛋白体外形成的条件以及亚硝酸钠与高铁血红蛋白生成率间的量效关系,采用亚硝酸钠在体外与离心血样作用后,用比色法测定,计算高铁血红蛋白生成率。结果:反应12 m in 达饱和。亚硝酸钠浓度在111~192 m m ol/ L之间变化时,相应的高铁血红蛋白生成率由95% 变化到600% 。不同种类血液(不同个体人血、兔血和鼠血)的检测表明,兔血生成率最高,人血其次。因此认为亚硝酸钠在体外能使亚铁血红蛋白转化为高铁血红蛋白,且两者间存在量效关系。
After the interaction in vitro between centrifuged blood sample and sodium nitrite,ferrihemoglobin was determined by colormetric method for the purpose of studying the formative condition of ferrihemoglobin in vitro and the dose effect relationship between sodium nitrite and ferrihemoglobin The results showed that the interaction was finished within 12 minutes It was found that the formation rate of ferrihemoglobin ranged from 9 5% to 60 0%,with the concentration of sodium nitrite ranging from 11 1 mmol/L to 19 2 mmol/L And different kinds of blood samples tests came from individuals,rabbits and rats,which showed that rabbits'blood had the highest formation rate,and the next was that of human blood So it was suggested that sodium nitrite could prompt the transformation from ferrohemoglobin to ferrihemoglobin in vitro and that there existed dose effect relationship between sodium nitrite and ferrihemoglobin
