摘要
本文介绍了一种装在S-570扫描电子显微镜中的销-盘式磨损试验装置。利用它可以研究各种材料的微观磨损过程,並能通过屏幕、拍照或录像直接观察和记录其磨损的动态过程,同时还能精确地检测出和记录摩擦过程中的摩擦力和动态载荷。该试验装置为研究材料的磨损机理提供了一种重要的手段,对认识材料的磨粒磨损、粘着磨损、选择性转移以及裂纹的起源与扩展等都具有十分重要的作用。
A Pin-on-disk wear test equipment set in S-570 SEM is introduced in this paper. Usinhg this equipment, one can study the micro mechanism of wear for various materials and observe or record its dynamic wear process by SEM screen or photograph.At the same time, the dynamic frictionai forces and loads can be detected and recorded.It is very useful for investigation the mechanisms of abrasive wear, .adhesive wear,materials, transfer, crack formation and propaga-tion, etc.
