水是生命之源。本文报道了由于地球上水资源有限，并且人为的活动加剧了水体污染，面临着水资源短缺形势，给人类生存造成严重威胁。为此，告诫人们要保护水资源，加强水的回收利用，节约用水，缺水并非是危言耸听的宣传。
