摘要
目的探讨案例教学法在眼科学教学中的应用效果。方法将临床医学专业学生752人,随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组采用传统教学法,实验组则在传统教学法基础上采用案例教学模式。结果实验组85.57%赞成采用案例教学法作为辅助手段。实验组理论考试成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论眼科理论教学应以传统教学法为主,设计合理的案例教学模式可以提高教学效果。
Objective To discuss the effect of case-study method in ophthalmology teaching.Methods 752 clinical college students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Experimental group adopt case study method based on traditional teaching method.菌Results The score of the final theoretical examination of the experimental group was better than that of the control group（P0.05）.85.57% of the students in the experimental group hold a positive attitude to case study method.Conclusion Case study method can improve the quality of ophthalmology clinical teaching.
