摘要
在简述了西南岩溶山区生态环境的现状、治理进展以及开发利用的建议后；详述了西南岩溶山区草地畜牧业的发展形势、存在的问题，明确指出，低成本建制人工草地，保持人工草地群落的稳定性，提高前植物生产、植物生产、动物生产和外生物生产等主要生产阶段的转化效率，依然是南方草地畜牧业可持续发展中有待解决的重大科学问题。
The present eco environmental conditions,progress in management and suggestions on exploitation and utilization of karst mountain areas of Southwest China are briefly discussed.The development tendency of grassland livestock farming,existing problems as well as scientific research achievements of State scientific and technological targeted projects are presented in detail.The study points out that key problems,such as how to use low cost system to manage artificial grassland,how to maintain stability of artificial grassland communities,and how to improve conversion efficiency of grass animal product and animal product marketing,awaiting to be solved in the sustainable development of grassland livestock farming in southern China.
