摘要
高寒干旱、土瘠地薄的生态环境与乏力的社会投入，使高寒半干旱农牧交错带面临生态恶化、粮草短缺、经济贫困三大问题。本文在分析了区域资源生产潜力及其影响因素后，提出了通过农田增施化肥，草地人工栽培开发土地资源初级生产潜力；面向温带市场发展蔬菜生产，开发区域冷凉资源生产潜力的关键技术。文章还进一步讨论了区域农牧业发展所要解决的科学问题及其开发前景。
The ecotone between agriculture and animal husbandry in the cold,semiarid region of China are facing three problems of ecological deterioration,grain and fodder shortage,and economic backwardness due to the cold,arid and barren soil eco environment and the low input.According to the analysis of the potential productivity of agricultural resources in the region,the sutdy points out the way out of developing primary productivity via more fertilizations to farmland and using artificial cultivation of grassland,as well as of exploiting regional cold resources via development of more vegetable crops for warm zone market.It also discusses the scientific problems awaiting to be solved in regional agro pastoral development and prospectives of exploitation.
