摘要
以拟建的成都南充高速公路为例,探讨交通污染事故对河流水质影响的风险评价方法.把运输有毒有害物质的汽车在桥上翻车引起的水质污染作为风险危害,划分危险河段、监察河段和超标河段3 种危害类型,并以危险河段长度作为主要的危害后果,从而可以计算风险评价的重要指标———风险度。
Taling environmental risk anlayses of water quality in Tuo river,Fu river and Jialing river affected by planning Chengdu\|Nanchong expressway as an expample, an investigation is presented for risk assessment of water environment that water quality of a river is polluted by traffic accidents on an expressway. The water pollution coused by toxical and hazardous materials from vehicle's capsized on bridges is regarded as the risk hazard. The polluted river is divided into dangerous section, check\|up section and over\|standard sections. If the dangerous section of river is considered as hazard consequence, the degree of riskness which is the most important index in risk assessment, can be calculated quantitatively.
