摘要
目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者的焦虑水平及其影响因素,为临床护理工作提供依据。方法 2009年1-12月,采用自行设计的调查问卷和状态-特质焦虑量表(state-trait anxiety inventory,STAI)对哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院收治的100例慢性乙型肝炎患者进行问卷调查。结果慢性乙型肝炎患者的状态焦虑和特质焦虑得分高于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);慢性乙型肝炎患者的焦虑抑郁水平与其年龄、职业、病程、婚姻状况、经济状况、文化程度和社会支持等因素有关。结论慢性乙型肝炎患者焦虑水平较高,并与诸多因素有关,临床护理人员应给予足够的重视,采取多种护理措施,以缓解患者的焦虑情绪,维护患者的心理健康。
Objective To investigate the anxiety level and its related factors in patients with chronic hepatitis B so as to provide evidence for clinical nursing.Methods From January to December 2009,a self-designed questionnaire and state-trait anxiety inventory（STAI） were adopted to conduct a survey on 100 patients with chronic hepatitis B in Affiliated No.2 Hospital of Harbin Medical University.Results The scores of state anxiety and trait anxiety in patients with chronic hepatitis B were significantly higher than the norm in China（P0.05）.The level of anxiety and depression of the patients was correlated with the age,metier,duration of the diseases,marriage,economic status,educational leve and social support.Conclusion The anxiety of patients with chronic hepatitis B is at high level,which is correlated with certain factors.Nurses should pay adequate attention and take a variety of interventions to alleviate the anxiety and maintain the mental health.
