摘要
高校作为探求学术和真理的神圣殿堂,文化创新和知识传承的基地,培养高层次人才的摇篮,其本质就是一种人文环境和文化氛围。这种高校文化通过其精神文化、物质文化、制度文化、宣传文化和行为文化的相互作用,不断循环、整合,从而构成了一个动态的文化有机复合体,即高校环境文化。而高校环境文化发展创新的本质就是利用高校文化这五大内容文化的不断整合、相互影响,从而培育出具有较强创新能力的高层次、高素质的大学生。
As the divine and sacred hall for exploring academy and truth,the basis for cultural innovation and knowledge inheriting,university＇s essence is a humanity circumstance and cultural atmosphere.By mutual reaction of spiritual culture,systematic culture,publicity culture and behavior culture to recycle and combine,university construct a dynamic cultural compact body,i.e.,the circumstance culture.The basic principal of its culture is utilizing its mutual influence to cultivate students with higher innovative and qualified students.
