摘要 深水钻井隔水管面临多种失效模式,对隔水管单根寿命进行管理有助于提高隔水管服役的可靠性。基于深水钻井隔水管系统完整性管理流程,提出了隔水管单根寿命管理方案:根据隔水管事故统计结果识别深水钻井隔水管的主要失效模式;建立隔水管单根失效风险矩阵,详细阐述深水钻井隔水管单根失效概率分析和失效后果分析的过程及方法;最后确定隔水管单根的检测要求、检测方法与维修方法。 There are a lot of ways for deepwater drilling riser failure,and effective management of joint riser helps improve the reliability of riser. According to the integrity management procedure of deepwater drilling riser system, the management method for riser joint was proposed. The risk matrix was created according to the deepwater drilling riser failure mode identified by riser accidents statistics. The paper detailed the method for analyzing the probability and consequence of riser failure. The inspection requirements and maintenance methods for riser joint was determined.
