Development and actuality of modern cooling technology on galvanizing and continuous annealing furnace

摘要 主要介绍了现代镀锌及连退炉的快冷技术的发展和现状,并分别对辊冷技术、气体喷射冷却技术、水冷技术和戊烷超干冷技术的工作原理、技术特点进行了阐述,对比分析了各种冷却技术的优缺点,为镀锌及连退生产线冷却方式的选择提供理论指导。 Mainly introduced development and actuality of modern cooling technology on galvanizing and continuous annealing furnace,and discussed the working principles and technical features of rolling cooling,gas jet cooling,water cooling and pentane ultra-dry cooling,at the same time,it analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of various cooling technology comparatively,that provided theoretical guidance for selection of cooling methods on the galvanizing and continuous annealing line.
