摘要
采用有限容积法(FVM),建立了四段步进梁式加热炉板坯加热过程的数学模型,通过编程模拟了板坯内部的温度场,并与黑匣子实验数据进行对比,验证了模型计算结果的可靠性。以Q235板坯为研究对象,模拟了板坯最大断面温差随板坯入炉温度的变化规律。并在板坯厚度相同的情况下,讨论了宽度变化对板坯出炉温度的影响,发现当宽度达到一定值时,板坯出炉的冷点温度和最高温度不再随宽度变化。
A mathematical model was established for slabs heated in a 4-zone walking beam reheating furnace.The finite volume method was used for discretion of the mathematical model and a computational software was developed.The results prove that the model is accurate and reliable by the comparison between the result of simulation and the experiment data of black box.The effect of the charging temperature on the temperature difference in cross section of the Q235 slab was studied.Moreover,the influence of the slab width on the tapping temperature was analyzed.It was found that the slab width had no influence on the minimum and maximum temperature of the tapping temperature,in the case of the slab width reaching a certain value.
