摘要
在普通逆止阀进出口之间设置一根跨越逆止阀的旁通管,停机时允许一定流量自由倒流,从而既避免了逆止阀快速关闭引起阀后过高的水锤压力,又控制了水泵机组的飞逸倒转,在可能产生水柱分离的管道系统中,可有效地限制水柱分离再弥合时产生的最大水锤升压。这种组合形式结构简单,运行可靠,维护方便,节省投资。
By installing a bypass spanning a common back valve, there will be allowance that the some water flows with reversed direction when the pump stopped. Thus, the water hammer caused by papid closure of a back valve, will be decreased, and the runaway and reverse revollution of a pumping unit is controlled. This combined form can effectively resetrain columm separation and collapse caused in the pipeline system in which the column separation and collapse may occur. This combined form has following advantages: simple in structure, reliable in operation, convenient in maintenance, and saving on investment cost. And it has great applied value. [
