摘要
用高温固相法合成锂、铁位掺杂的Li0.98M0.02Fe0.9Ti0.1PO4/C(M=Na、Mg和Al),并用XRD、SEM、能量色散谱、循环伏安和恒流充放电等方法进行分析。Li0.98Al0.02Fe0.9Ti0.1PO4/C的振实密度为1.48 g/cm3;在2.4~4.2 V循环,0.2C、5.0C首次放电比容量分别为160.8 mAh/g和100.6 mAh/g,第20次5.0C循环的放电比容量为94.3 mAh/g。
Li0.98M0.02Fe0.9Ti0.1PO4/C(M=Na,Mg and Al) doped with lithium and iron sites was prepared via high-temperature solid-state method,then analyzed by XRD,SEM,energy dispersive spectroscopy spectrum,cyclic voltammetry and galvanosta-tic charge-discharge methods.The tap density of Li0.98Al0.02Fe0.9Ti0.1PO4/C was 1.48 g/cm3.When cycled in 2.4~4.2 V,the 0.2 C,5.0 C initial specific discharge capacity was 160.8 mAh/g and 100.6 mAh/g,respectively,the specific discharge capacity in the 20th cycle(5.0 C) was 94.3 mAh/g.
