双侧慢性硬膜下血肿术后易复发及好转率低因素分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的:对双侧慢性硬膜下血肿术后复发率显著高于单侧及好转率低于单侧因素进行讨论分析。方法:回顾分析筛选自2003年6月至2009年6月收治的老年人慢性硬膜下血肿(CSDH)患者138例,进行统计分析。结果:双侧慢性硬膜下血肿术后复发率显著高于单侧,且好转率低于单侧。结论:在临床工作中,要对双侧慢性硬膜下血肿引起足够重视,与单侧硬膜下血肿区别开来,注意两者之间的区别与联系,从而达到更好的临床治疗效果。
