摘要
目的了解某综合医院老年出院患者的疾病构成情况,为临床治疗及医疗资源合理配置提供参考依据。方法应用帕累托图对2003年-2009年老年出院患者疾病谱进行统计分析。结果消化系统疾病、循环系统疾病、肿瘤、泌尿系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病为前五位的疾病。结论老年人易患疾病与由生活方式和生活环境密切相关。医疗机构应针对老年疾病的的特点加强健康知识的宣教工作,优化医疗资源配置,为老年患者提供更好更全面的卫生服务。
Objective To understand the disease composition of the senile discharged patients in a large-scale general hospital,and to provide the reference for clinical treatment and reasonable allocation in medical resource.Methods Based on the disease classification data of the 22518 elderly discharged patient during 2003-2009,Pareto diagram was applied to discribe the characteristic of disease composition.Results The major diseases of discharged patients in this hospital were the digestive,circulatory,tumor,urinary,respiratory diseases.Digestive,circulatory,tumor,urinary tract,respiratory system diseases were the top five diseases in the disease composition of the crowd.Conclusion The common disease of the elderly are closely related to the way of life and living environment.According to the characteristics of the senile disease composition,hospitals should more carry out health education,and should better optimize the allocation of medical resources to provide higher quality medical services for the senile.
