碳纤维技术在大功率LED灯具中的应用探讨

摘要 随着LED照明技术的日益成熟,大功率LED灯具要求具备高散热、低温升之特性的同时,其小体积和轻重量也成为LED灯具设计的研究方向。纳米碳纤维具有优异的物理化学特性,用其解决灯具的散热问题,将使大功率LED灯具拥有高导热性、轻重量等卓越性能。 With the LED lighting technology increasingly advanced, high-power LED lighting are required to have high cooling efficiency, low temperature-rise characteristics. Also, the smaller size and lower weight design for LED lighting have become the new fields of research. Nano carbon fiber has excellent physical and chemical properties. Used to solve heat problem, this material can make high-power LED lightings have excellent performance such as high thermal conductivity and low weight.
