护生实习过渡式教学模式探索

摘要 目的:构建护生实习新模式,评价新模式实习效果,提高护生临床实习教学质量。方法:2008~2010年进入我院实习护生,实习前先进行1个月的过渡式教学,教学内容包括基础操作、病房管理、应急预案、各项规章制度,培训前后均同一标准考核。结果:护生认为过渡式教学模式有效提高沟通能力,加深理论知识理解与掌握,提高基础技能操作能力,安全防范与法律意识提高。结论:过渡式教学模式是可行的。 Objective:To construct the new model of nurse practice,to evaluate the exercitation effect of the new model and to improve the teaching quality of nurse clinical practice.Methods:The nurses entered our hospital in year 2008 and 2010 had a systematical training before practice,including basic operation,ward management,emergency preplan and all the rules and regulations.Training and examination was the same standard.Results:The nurses considered this transitional training model useful to improve communication ability,deeply understand the theoretical knowledge and master it and make great progress in basic operation skills,safety protection and legal consciousness.Conclusion:The transitional teaching model is feasible.
