摘要
本文提出了宁夏农业可持续发展的潜在压力,并引用国内外成功的经验,从建立合理生态环境的基本内容,农业产业结构合理化、高级化的内在要求和实现宁夏经济社会发展战略目标及畜牧业由支持温饱型向小康型消费需求转变三方面,论述了农牧结合是21 世纪宁夏农业可持续发展的必然选择,阐述了适合宁夏资源特点和民族特点的农牧结合模式和目标取向,提出了加快推进农牧结合的对策措施。
The latent pressure of sustained development of agriculture in Ningxia was analysed. The successful experience of domestic and foreign were quoted to demonstrated that it was essential for sustained development of agriculture in Ningxia in the 21st centry to conbine agriculture with animal huslandry from building reasonable ecological envirenment, rational and advanced agricultural industrial structure, accomplishing the strategic aim of economy and society development, transforming livestock husbadry from simply having adequate food,clothing to being fairly well off. It was discussed that the developing pattern and object of combination of agriculture with animal husbandry adapted for resource and national characteristics solutions to promote the combination of agriculture with animal husbandry were suggested.
