摘要
目的:探讨一种筒单易行的股静脉穿刺采血方法,提高穿刺的成功率,减轻患者的痛苦。方法:对112例大出血危重患者用随机分配方法分为实验组和对照组。实验组应用一次性采血针行股静脉采血,对照组应用传统注射器行股静脉采血。结果:实验组局部瘀斑、血肿及血标本溶血、凝血发生率显著低于对照组,一次采血成功率显著高于对照组。结论:一次性采血针行股静脉穿刺取血标本较使用传统注射器采血法具有优越性。
Objective：To investigate a simple way of femoral vein venepuncture in order to elevate the successful rate of puncture and relieve suffering of patients.Methods：112 inpatients with hematorrhea in our hospital were selected and divided randomly into two groups.The femoral blood sampling in the experimental group was performed by disposable blood taking needle and in the control group by traditional injector.Results：Petechia,hematoma,and hemolysis and cruor of blood specimen in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group.And as compared with the control group,the one time successful rate in the experimental group was obviously higher.Conclusion：Using disposable blood taking needle is superior in femoral vein sampling than traditional injector.
