摘要
实现低碳经济的关键是技术创新。在知识经济时代,信息技术已经渗透到社会生产的各个行业和社会生活的方方面面。创新信息技术,让其与其他行业的技术结合并带动他们的创新,促使高碳行业低碳化,最终实现低碳经济。
Low-carbon economy is the development goal.The key for it is the technological innovation.Information Technology（IT） has penetrated to all the aspects of the society life and production.Innovating IT,and integrating it with the technologies in other industries and then boosting their innovation,making green IT drive the low-carbonization of the key industries with high CO2e emissions in the economy,and finally realizes the low-carbon economy is the action route and contribution principle of IT.
