摘要
在对区域创新系统文献进行分析的基础上,应用理论对区域创新系统进行研究,建立有效衡量区域创新系统损耗的分析方法。并从绿色文化、绿色战略、绿色政策等角度,提出构建绿色区域创新系统的策略,为绿色区域创新系统的进一步深入研究奠定重要基础。
The paper analyzes the regional innovation system literature,and applies exergy theory on regional innovation system.It builds a method which can effectively measure regional innovation system＇s exergy loss.The paper proposes strategy for building green regional innovation system from the green culture,green strategies,and green policy.It lays an important foundation for the further study of green regional innovation.
