摘要
通过对傅里叶方程和非傅里叶方程的比较,系统地分析了高强度干燥过程中,多孔介质内部超常传热的非傅里叶效应,得到了一些重要结论,即:在高强度干燥过程中,需要考虑由于热扰动的有限传播速度所引起的非傅里叶效应;当距离加热端足够远时,非傅里叶效应就变得不明显;随时间的增加,高热流密度干燥过程中需要考虑非傅里叶效应.
Comparison between Fourier equation and Non Fourier equation is made. On the other hand, Non Fourier effect in wet porous materials, which happens in high intensive drying process, is schematically analyzed in the paper. The conclusions can be drawn that Non Fourier effect must be considered, which is caused by finite heat propagation of heat disturbance; Non Fourier effect becomes less obvious if the distance from heated end is far enough and Non Fourier effect must be considered with the increase of time.
