摘要 本系统针对汽轮机辅机状态监测薄弱的现状,在不增加辅机的转速传感器的同时,采用主汽轮机的键相信号监测主辅机运行状态。利用电厂现有TSI系统的传感器缓冲接口采集数据,实时、自动、连续地采集并存储主汽轮机轴系以及部分辅机的状态及转速信息,提供完整的运行档案,为电厂管理和事故分析提供便利。 In view of status that the auxiliaries to become the weak link of equipment monitoring,we design the system can monitor the operational status of turbine generator and auxiliaries simultaneously.When monitor the auxiliaries,it will not to increase the running time of auxiliary speed sensor,using the turbine generator's key phase.The power plants had their TSI devices and fixed a series of sensors on the turbine-generator.The system collects real-time data continuously from interfaces of the sensors' buffers,storing all kinds of shaft's running data.It provides a whole running files for the shaft,and provides the convenience of operation,management and accident analysis for the power plant.
