以一种训练模拟器的研制为背景，说明多媒体数据库的应用意义，给出了多媒体数据库的生成、检索方法及其在模拟器中的应用．
The application of multimedia database is of great importance in filed of development of training simulator.The creation and search methods of mulitmeida database are described,and its application in training simulator is discussed.
