摘要
对企业ＭＩＳ建设中人的因素进行了讨论．分析并论证了企业ＭＩＳ建设中各类人员的地位和作用，以及对ＭＩＳ建设所产生的影响．强调了ＭＩＳ建设不只是一个技术问题，而是一个复杂的系统工程．
The human factor is discussed in enterprise MIS construction. The position and action of all staff in enterprise MIS construction, and exertion an influence on the MIS construction are analyoud and proved.
