摘要
食品化学是食品科学与工程专业的一门重要专业基础课,文章在食品化学课程教材的选择、教学内容的调整与优化、理论与实际应用的结合、作业的安排及实验内容的选择等方面进行了探索和实践。
Food chemistry is an important specialized basic course of food science and technology major.The paper made an exploration and practice on the selection of teaching material for the course of food chemistry,adjustment and optimization of the teaching content,the integration of theory and practice,arrangement of homework and the selection of the food chemistry experimental contents.
