摘要
运用ＣＩＭ（ 现代集成制造） 和ＢＰＲ（ 经营过程重构） 的思想和哲理讨论了企业产品开发系统的重构，提出了两种重构的概念模式．
The re engineering of product developing system is discussed depending on the ideas and philosophy of CIM(Contemporary Integrated Manufacturing)and BPR(Business Process re engineering). And two conceptual models of product developing system re-engineering are given.
