摘要
根据某石油炼化企业的污水回用装置反渗透单元浓水难以进一步生化处理的特点,用芬顿试剂进行高级氧化处理。通过实验探讨了不同的H2O2和Fe2+浓度、反应时间、pH等因素对二级生化出水COD去除率的影响。得到处理一升该废水的最佳运行参数为pH=3,30%H2O2=0.3 mL,FeSO4.7H2O=1 g,在上述条件下COD去除率可达49.8%,处理后废水达到国家一级排放标准。
Advanced oxidation process of Fenton reagent was used to treat concentrated water from wastewater recycling reverse osmosis units which is hard to dispose by biological method.The effects on COD removal by different dosages of H2O2 and Fe2+ and pH value were studied.The optimized controlling conditions to treatment one volume this kind of wastewater for Fenton reagent treatment process was pH=3,30 % H2O2=0.3 mL,FeSO4.7H2O=1 g,in the situation the COD removal ratio was raised up to 49.8 %,treated wastewater can meet the Class I of wastewater discharge criteria.
