摘要
本试验采用碱性化学沉淀法对水源水中的镍进行去除处理,比较了pH、混凝剂投加量对镍去除效果的影响。试验结果表明,当原水中镍浓度为0.04 mg/L时,调节pH为9.0,投加1.8 mg/L聚合氯化铝(以Al2O3计)、原水中镍浓度为0.10 mg/L,调节pH为10.0,投加2.4 mg/L聚合氯化铝,沉淀出水镍的浓度可以降低到0.02 mg/L以下,达到《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749-2006)中对镍限值的要求。镍的去除率随着pH的升高、混凝剂投加量的增多而提高。
The method of chemical precipitation was used to remove nickel in water.The effects of pH value and dosage of flocculant(PAC) on the nickel removal were studied.The results of the test showed that,when the mass concentration of nickel in raw water was 0.04 mg/L or 0.10 mg/L,after adjusting pH value to 9.0 or 10.0 and adding 1.8 mg/L or 2.4 mg/L of PAC respectively,the concentration of nicke in the effluent water from the sedimentation tank was less than 0.02 mg/L,which satisfied the requirement of standards for drinking water(GB5749-2006).The removal rate of nickel increased with the increasing of pH value and PAC dose.
